Pour le concours de la chanson Eurovision de cette année à Saint-Marin 11 artistes ont concouru pour être le représentant du pays. Le résultat a été jugé à 50% par le public en ligne et à 50% par le jury.
Les 11 candidats étaient:

- Giovanni Montalbano - Per quello che mi dai
- IROL feat. Basti - Sorry
- Jenifer Brening - Until the Morning Light
- Jessika feat. Jenifer Brening - Who We Are
- Judah Gavra - Stay
- Sara de Blue - Out of the Twilight
- Tinashe Makura - Free Yourself
Le jury était composé de: Zoë Straub (Autriche 2016), Alessandro Capicchioni, Ladislav Kossár et John Kennedy O'Connor. Les gagnants de la soirée étaient Jessica feat. Jenifer Brening avec la chanson Who We Are.
