This year the well-known Danish TV show Dansk Melodi Grand Prix elected the next star that will shine on the Eurovision stage, this time in Kiev, Ukraine after the victory of Jamala in Stockholm, Sweden last year.
The big winner of this year's Dansk Melodi Grand Prix is ​​the 21-year-old artist Anja Nissen. As stated Anja herself “A childhood dream come true”. Born from Danish parents in lovely Australia she won in 2014 the third season of the famous TV show The Voice Australia. The song that will performed in Kiev is titled Where I Am.
Denmark will compete in the first half of the second semi-final in May 11th.
