A few minutes ago, this year's Allocation Draw was completed, a fair process of placing the countries into semi-finals. This year the draw was presented by two wonderful ladies, Filomena Cautela and Sílvia Albero.

In the First Semi-Final except all other countries, the right to vote will also have Spain, the United Kingdom and Portugal, as well as France, Italy and Germany in the Second Semi-Finals.
