Today Channel 1 of Russia announced that Yulia Samoylova will be the representative of the country at the 63rd edition of Eurovision Song Contest that will be held in Lisbon, Portugal. Yulia was chosen last year for the competition but excluded from Ukraine for some reasons, so the singer will have the chance to represent her country with a new song.
