Slovenia's national final 2018 was completed and Lea Sirk won with the song Hvala, ne! The song was chosen by audiences and jury with a ratio of 50-50. The final was held at Studio 1 of Slovenian Television, RTV Slovenija, in Ljubljana.

Slovenia joins the second semifinals on May 10th and will appear in the second half of the semifinals.
