Sweden 2016
From Austria to Sweden, the next journey of Eurovision Song Contest will be in the country with the 6 victories, the second after Ireland with seven trophies.
Vienna was one the most wonderful host cities in the 60 years of this competition. Austrians gave their best self, their love for the competition and ORF presented three incredible shows. The bridges have builder and we hope will be unbreakable and like Conchita sung “Unstoppables.”
The theme song for 2015 was called “Building Bridges” like the main theme of all Eurovision 2015. Twenty seven countries, 10.000 people in the stadium and millions from their homes across all over the world enjoyed a show beyond words. We had the chance to listen for once more on the stage of Eurovision the Queen of Europe, Conchita Wurst, the most beloved Eurovision icon of the last decades.
Sweden will host the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 and we are sure that SVT and Swedish people will give as a lifetime experience! Congratulations Sweden!
